Cawthorne and others v. Hamdan [electronic resource]
- 2007
[2007] EWCA Civ 6, 24 January 2007. The appellant reversioner (H) appealed against a decision of the Lands Tribunal that a leaseback notice he had served on the respondent leaseholders (R) under the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993 S36 was not valid. "Held": it was decided that the timing of the leaseback notice was considered inadequate and therefore the appeal was dismissed.
