New technical qualifications in housing maintenance [electronic resource]

The new professional qualifications set up jointly by the CIOB and the CIH aim to provide a coherent programme of education for housing maintenance professionals in the social housing sector. The qualifications range from a Level 2 (GCSE equivalent) to a Level 4 Certificate/Diploma programme (HNC equivalent) covering maintenance management or development.
