The HBF and the Prince's Foundation have recognised 11 new house building developments for adopting Foundation design principles pioneered in Poundbury. These include neighbourhoods having local amenities, a distinctive local character, public space, more welcoming streets, and designs that don't date. Both organisations have made a joint commitment to ensure these principles are adopted more widely by the UK house building industry. Includes details of the housing developments and the criteria they were assessed against.
