Finds that visitor numbers were slightly higher in December than a year ago, while net reservations continued to rise quite strongly. Housebuilders continued to lift new home prices, although they are also steadily increasing their use of sales incentives. The industry is very optimistic that it will increase sales in 2007 and that house prices will continue to rise.
