A survey of firms attending Pinsent Mason's annual construction conference reveals that 50% of UK construction firms have faced the threat of litigation in the last year, with 92% expecting levels to remain the same or increase during 2007. Employment issues and regulatory changes in the area of health and safety were cited as the greatest litigation concerns.
