Bovis Lend Lease topped the new work winners monthly league table for January 2007, with HBG Construction in second place and Edmund Nuttall in third. Balfour Beatty stayed at the top of the new work winners table for the past 12 months. Forward orders in January 2007 reached £3.11bn, the highest total since February 2005. This high figure was down to greater activity in all sectors, except industrial.
