Presents the results of the 2005 tenanted farms survey by the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (CAAV). Finds that there was an apparent recovery in activity in the let sector. There was a reported loss of land from the tenanted sector. Sales to sitting tenants remain at very low levels.
