Fast, well regarded and simple the changed Construction Court - 2007 - Construction News (7008) 8 March 2007, 29(1) .

Looks at how the Technology and Construction Court (TCC) has changed since the introduction of the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996 and statutory adjudication. Most importantly, the number of cases has dropped and the TCC is no longer overcrowded and slow. In addition, the processes of the TCC have been made more accessible through the Internet, the TCC's pre-action protocol, and its guide on conducting a TCC case. Concludes that the TCC could now be considered as the first line of recourse in a dispute.
