An industry working group has been set up to advise the DCLG on the implementation of Art 9 in England and Wales. Examines the contents of a CIBSE technical manual setting out a practical inspection procedure that is currently being drafted by the group. Also outlines the Auditac project, which will help specialists to identify practical measures to improve the energy performance of air conditioning systems.
