Reveals that seasonally adjusted production in the construction sector increased by 0.6% in the euro area and by 1.1% in the EU27 area in January 2007, compared to December 2006. Compared to January 2006, output in January 2007 was up 10.4% in the euro area and 7.3% in the EU27. Tables show monthly, quarterly, and annual variation in construction output and monthly and quarterly production indices for total construction for individual member states.
