Finds that site visitors are fewer than in March 2006, while net reservations show a modest increase. Visitors and reservations recorded above-average growth from February. House builders are increasing house prices and have increased their use of sales incentives. Developers are optimistic that sales will grow in 2007. Mortgage rates and terms have not become problematic despite interest rate rises. Planning delays remain the most serious production constraint. Land prices continued to rising strongly.
