Constructing Excellence announces results of UK construction industry's 2007 KPI survey [electronic resource]

Announces the release of Construction Excellence's 2007 Key Performance Indicators (KPI) survey. Reports improvement in predictability indicators, especially time predictability. Client satisfaction figures fell however, particularly on service and value for money indicators. However, the longer term trend remains one of steady improvement. The housing sector improved on all indicators including client satisfaction and predictability. Environmental indicators fell in all areas. The Respect for People indicators gave mixed results, with staff turnover dropping but days lost through sickness increasing.
