The Society of London Art Dealer's (SLAD) latest survey has emphasised the unpopularity of the resale right or Droit de Suite, with 76% of SLAD members reporting an increase in workload and 63% reporting a negative or very negative impact on the art market. However, the survey also found that London art dealers had experienced an overall improvement in fortunes over the last year, with 44% expecting 2007 to be even better.
