The movement of qualified surveyors into FM is nothing new. Now the RICS FM Faculty is developing a strategy to make the process for qualified surveyors moving into FM more streamlined, supportive and professionally accredited. The faculty plans to do this by establishing a career path advisory service, developing a competency framework and raising the profile of FM.
