Finds that site visitors in July continued to run well below a year ago, a drop of 37%. However the steep fall in net reservations in June eased in July, a drop of 11%. This may be partly attributable to weather conditions. Reservations from all groups fell. New home prices dipped by 3%. The use of incentives by housebuilders continued to increase markedly. The industry remains optimistic about 2007 sales prospects. 35% of companies expect higher sales than in 2006. Tables and graphs.
