Finds that 2006 was a breakthrough year for all the markets involved in the study. Total investment value increased from ca €15bn in 2005 to over €20bn in 2006; a 28% increase in transaction values. Expects many markets to continue the upward trend for hotel values in 2007 for a further year, although not at the same rate.
