Reports on the warehouse property market and industrial takeups by region. Scotland is seeing a large number of distribution units built. North West England has seen no large deals since January. The market in Yorkshire and the North East is hoping completion of the East Leeds link road will relieve the land shortage in the region. The Midlands and South West markets are healthy. The South East remains centred around Heathrow.
