Invites views on proposed amendments to the Land Registration Rules 2003. The changes aim to ensure that the original intention of provisions is implemented where other interpretations have been substituted or the intention has not been achieved. They also address cases where it is found that matters can be exluded with the benefit of hindsight. They aim to improve service for Land Registry customers and reduce administrative burdens. Responses are due by 14 January 2008.
