Reveals that seasonally adjusted production in the construction sector increased by 0.4% in the euro area and by 1% in the EU27 area in August 2007, compared to July 2007. Compared to August 2006, output in August 2007 was up by 2.8% in the euro area and by 4% in the EU27. Tables show monthly, quarterly, and annual variation in construction output and monthly and quarterly production indices for total construction for individual member states.
