Announces a change to the Land Registry Online (LRO) service, which means that from midnight on 5 November documents referred to on the register will no longer be available electronically through LRO, although they will still be obtainable via post or in person at Land Registry Offices. Business users will still be able to access the documents using Land Registry Direct.
