QBD 3 May 1995. Application for judicial review of withdrawal of SLOM II milk quotas from applicants. In 1991, quotas were provisionally granted to the applicant farmers who applied in their own names. In 1994 they entered into partnerships and in 1994 MAFF withdrew the quotas and their entitlement to compensation. Held that MAFF had correctly applied EC regulations in withdrawing the quotas and compensation.
