Sets out remedies and preventive actions which landowners can take when protests are held on their land. Sets out conditions in which police may direct protesters to leave, including aggravated trespass. In order to obtain an injunction, landowners will need to identify some protesters, establish trespass as a cause of action and satisfy the court of the need for injunction. Emergency injunctions are available to those who can prove such factors as urgency, health and safety issues and its enforceability.
