Finds that in November 2007, house builders reported reductions in both site visitors and net reservations compared with both November 2006 and October 2007. Once again, demand fell among all buyer categories: existing home owners, first-time buyers and buy-to-let investors. The net price of new homes fell for the third successive month and house builders continued to make significantly greater use of sales incentives. However, there is continued optimism that home sales will be higher in 2008 than in 2007.
