Reviews the number of commercial properties offered and sold at auction in quarter four 2007 using data from Jones Lang Lasalle's Auction Results. Presents data for yields in quarter four 2007. Finds that less properties are being sold, but those that are bring good prices. Finds yields remained stable with average yields rising four base points. Notes this is contrary to evidence from IPD which reported sharp price falls.
