Finds that in December 2007, house builders reported continued reductions in both site visitors and net reservations, with a sharper seasonal downturn than usual. Net reductions in new home prices were also reported, with an increased use of sales incentives. On balance the industry is expecting a decline in house prices over the coming twelve months.
