Seeks to provide a definition of mixed tenure housing estates. These comprise estates made up of private tenants, shared owners and owner occupiers. Attempts to discover whether asset management has different needs in mixed tenure estates. Contains a review of relevant literature and interviews with staff of the Registered Social Landlord (RSL) which is examined as a case study. Argues that inter-working at this RSL needs to be improved.
