Estate agents redress schemes [electronic resource] - 2008 - OFT Press Release 19 June 2008 .

Announces the launch of a statutory estate agents redress scheme. The Secretary of State for Business Enterprise and Regulatory Reform will now be able to make an Order under The Estate Agents Act 1979 (as amended 2007) obliging estate agents to join an approved scheme. The scheme will come into force on 1 October 2008.
