Report finds optimism in the banking sectors that staff levels will either remain the same or increase slightly; with few of those polled expecting a decrease in staff numbers. Of those polled on possible relocations, most said that if they relocated it would be to the West End; with little confidence displayed in Canary Wharf as an area, with fewest saying they would consider relocating to this locale. Discusses the redevelopment of Euston Station and states that there are competing developments in the same area; including the Argent development of University of the Arts London at Kings Cross. Also mentions development in the Borough of Islington, stating that most recent development has been in the residential sector, but that this trend looks likely to change soon.
