Discusses the case of Sutcliffe v Lloyd and another [2008] EWCH 1329 (Ch) (See L144348). The case was heard by the High Court on appeal from [2007] EWCA Civ 153 (See L138245). The court had to determine the level of damages payable to a party for being incorrectly excluded from a development project. The award was made in favour of the claimant, but at a much lower level than he had claimed.
