Article discusses sustainability contracts and argues that JCT are in an ideal place to move forward their use (as JCT standard forms of agreement account for over 70% of construction contracts). JCT seem to be expressing enthusiasm for the idea, but are concerned about discussion over definitions of sustainability in an environment where there is little consensus over what the term means.
