Article discusses disputes arising under the National House Building Council (NHBC) guarantee scheme and explains that in the event of a dispute between a builder and house owner, the parties involved will have to decide upon a dispute resolution process. There is no arbitration agreement applicable to the house owner contained in the NHBC warranty document.
