Finds that site visitors and net reservations remain well down on 2007, but that negative balances are starting to stabilise. The survey shows that the prices of new homes are falling and that the new homes market is becoming increasingly incentivised. House builders remain very pessimistic about prices over the next twelve months. Results obtained show some of the key factors affecting demand as buyer confidence (94%) and mortgage terms (87%). Land values for domestic development are also facing decreases in value, with 63% of respondents reporting falls for the second quarter.
