Develops the following topics: the use of statutory demand/winding-up petition as an alternative to adjudication, where there is a debt pursuant to the payment provisions of a construction contract; the use of statutory demand/winding-up petition as a means of enforcing an adjudicator's decision; stay of execution, where summary judgment is given in respect of an adjudicator's decision; particular consideration in relation to liquidation, receivership and administration.
