Right to Buy has been temporarily suspended in 88 letting areas in Aberdeenshire, due to current pressures on affordable social housing. The areas have now been designated as 'pressured areas': Aberdeenshire Council is the 10th local authority to successfully apply to the Scottish Government under the 'pressured area' sheme.
