The revised "Town and Country Planning (Demolition - Description of Buildings) (No 2) Directive 1992" states that the demolition of any building other than a dwellinghouse or a building adjoining a dwellinghouse is not development. It replaces the direction issued with DoE Circular 16/92 and SI 1992:1280.
