The Experian Business Strategies' "Focus survey of construction activity" of December 2008 reveals that construction activity fell for the tenth consecutive month. Activity fell in all construction sectors. Orders and tenders enquiries declined. Employment prospects index weakened to 25. For regional results, all 11 regions had composite indicators below 50. The North region index fell 11 points to 45. Northern Ireland index remained the lowest, with a record low at 24. Shows regional performances.
