Buyers in Scotland return thanks to home report [electronic resource]

Research carried out by RICS Scotland suggests that the introduction of the Home Report in Scotland has increased buyer interest. Eight out of 10 of the largest chartered surveyor firms in Scotland believe the Home Report has increased the number of enquiries from potential buyers, and eight out of 10 of the firms surveyed also suggest that the Home Report has had no impact on the number of homes being put on the market.
