LTS/TC/2006/57 6 September 2007. Concerned an application to discharge a title condition restricting the use of a small hall to "religious purposes", in order that the hall could be converted to a day-nursery. This application was opposed by a neighbour. The condition also required the consent of the superior to any external alterations, prohibited the erection of any buildings on the land and set out conditions relating to the maintenance of the land. "Held": condition discharged.
