LTS/TC/2007/37 13 May 2008. Concerned an application by the owner of a ground floor and basement flat, forming part of a villa, to discharge a title restriction allowing occupation of that flat by one family only. The applicant wished to sell the mews cottage which formed part of the ground floor accommodation. Two other flat-owners within the building opposed the application. "Held": application granted, with the condition that the mews cottage be occupied by one family only.
