- 2008
LTS/TC/2007/48 27 June 2008. Concerned an application by the owner of the ground and basement floor and the garden of a former terrace house to vary title conditions in order to allow the erection of a mews house, which would be separately owned. The title conditions limit the dimensions of buildings in the mews lane, require consent for any building and prevent sub-division. The applicants had already received planning consent, however the application was opposed by immediate neighbours. "Held": application granted.
