Construction output down by 1.8% in the euro area [electronic resource] - 2009 - Eurostat News Release (54/2009) 23 March 2009 .

Reports that seasonally adjusted production in the construction sector fell by 1.8% in the euro area and by 1.6% in the EU27 in February 2009, compared with January. Output in February 2009 was down by 11.8% in the euro area and by 11.2% in the EU27, when compared with February 2008.
