Reports that the Scottish Government is currently considering setting up an Alternative Dispute Resolution scheme to deal with problems over tenants' deposits. The proposals will also include the possibility of establishing a Tenancy Deposit Scheme, and will be finalised by the summer, after which they will be submitted to interested parties for comment.
