Reports the cost update for the first quarter 2009. Explains that the market shows a mixed picture. Construction material prices are still decreasing, builders' salaries are frozen. Consumer prices continue to rise. Industry output prices have increased. Compared with the fourth quarter 2008, the consumer cost index fell to 3.0%, while the mechanical cost index fell to 4.7%. The electrical cost index is a little lower at 4.0%. The building cost index is also lower at 3.0%.
