Reports on the Civil Engineering Contractors Association's workload trend survey for the second quarter 2009. Highlights that workloads reduced considerably during this period confirming the trend of recession. Wales shows a sharp deterioration in the amount of workloads, while Scotland experienced only a slight slowing in workloads. All the firms in the survey register less workload than compared with the results of July 2008. Results of the railways sector also show a negative balance.
