Reveals that seasonally adjusted production in the construction sector decreased by 1.1% in the euro area and by 3.3% in the EU27 in June 2009, compared to May 2009. Compared to June 2008, output fell by 8.8% in the euro area, and by 14.1% in the EU27 in June 2009. Tables show monthly, quarterly, and annual variation in construction output. Other tables present monthly and quarterly production indices for total construction for individual member states.
