Cardiff office leasing activity is increasing but with so many schemes available occupiers can expect greater incentives. Developers and local authorities are mounting opposition to government intentions to bring in a new planning system in Wales in 2010 which will ensure that new developments are more sustainable and planning decisions are timely, consistent and transparent. £20m of funding has been made available by the Welsh Assembly Government for regeneration projects on the north Wales coastline.
