HC had to determine in Mount Anvil Group and others v Volans Management and Lupus Associates, HC, 30 July 2009, whether a contract to purchase commercial property in London had ended because of the termination of associated agreements. M had three agreements with V for one transaction but rescinded one agreement when L failed to make a payment. Held: M had rescinded all three agreements having rescinded one agreement with L.
