Suggests that performance continues to decline across the construction industry but the infrastructure and the non-residential sectors are improving. The non residential sector increased by 22% and the infrastructure sector by 4% in the first half of 2009 compared to the last half of 2008. Forecasts that output performances in the infrastructure sector will be 38% higher in 2011 than in 2008. New work output figures continued to fall across all regions.
