The West End is bracing itself for rating revaluation increases and the Crossrail supplement. Some West End properties are securing headline rents of £90 plus/sq ft for the first time in 2009 but in general prime rents are levelling off and still falling in some submarkets. West End speculative office space is becoming scarce but the West End investment market remains highly popular with overseas investors.
