Sandwich shop chain Subway which entered the UK market 13 years ago aims to expand to 2 010 units in the UK and Ireland by the end of 2010, including roadside locations. Azure Property has completed the sell-off of petrol stations it purchased from Somerfield in 2005. Barber Wadlow has produced with Experian Catalist the first value indices for independently owned petrol and servicer station sites. The self-storage sector has shown pleasing resilience during the recession with the scope for further growth remaining evident.
